Terms and Conditions for FlashnFashion Photoshoot Services

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of photoshoot services provided by FlashnFashion (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website https://flashnfashion.com or engaging in any photoshoot services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
FlashnFashion offers various photoshoot services, including but not limited to:
- Auditions
- Portfolios
- E-commerce shoots
- Brand shoots
- Bridal shoots
- Web series shoots
- Music album shoots
Each of these services is subject to the terms outlined below and any additional terms provided at the time of booking.
2. Booking and Payment
- Booking Process: To book a photoshoot, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, and details related to the type of shoot. A booking confirmation will be sent once we receive and confirm your booking.
- Payment Terms: Payments for services must be made in advance or as specified in the service agreement. Payment can be made through the available methods on our website or through other agreed-upon methods. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your photoshoot with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot may result in a partial or full charge, depending on the circumstances.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking a photoshoot. Failure to do so may result in delays, additional charges, or inability to perform the photoshoot as planned.
- Attendance: You must attend the photoshoot at the agreed time and location. Any changes must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- Conduct: During the photoshoot, you agree to behave professionally and respectfully towards our photographers, models, and other staff. FlashnFashion reserves the right to terminate the photoshoot if you engage in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
4. Use of Images
- Copyright: All photos, videos, and other media captured during the photoshoot remain the property of FlashnFashion unless otherwise agreed upon. We retain the copyright to the images, but you will receive a license to use the images for personal or professional purposes, as specified in the agreement.
- License to Use: You may use the images for personal, promotional, or business purposes based on the agreement signed with FlashnFashion. Any use beyond the agreed terms (such as selling, redistributing, or altering images) requires prior written consent from FlashnFashion.
- Model Releases: If applicable, models must sign a release form granting FlashnFashion the rights to use their likeness in promotional materials, social media, or other business-related media. This applies to all types of photoshoots, including auditions, portfolios, brand shoots, etc.
5. Limitation of Liability
- FlashnFashion will make every reasonable effort to ensure the quality and professionalism of its services. However, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- In the event of a photoshoot being canceled or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, equipment failure, or other force majeure events, FlashnFashion will not be liable for any losses. A reshoot or refund will be offered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
FlashnFashion may use third-party vendors or service providers (e.g., photographers, location coordinators, etc.) to assist with photoshoots. These third-party services are also governed by their own terms and conditions, which you agree to abide by when using their services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlashnFashion, its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or violation of third-party rights.
9. Changes to the Terms
FlashnFashion reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” By continuing to use our services after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Delhi, India.
