Shipping and Delivery Policy for FlashnFashion Photoshoot Services

At FlashnFashion, we strive to provide timely and professional delivery of photoshoot materials, including images, videos, and other content captured during your session. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of your photoshoot products, including for auditions, portfolios, e-commerce shoots, brand shoots, bridal shoots, web series, and music album shoots.

By booking and utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Delivery of Digital Content

  • Digital Photos and Videos: After your photoshoot, the final edited photos and videos will be delivered via digital download or online gallery. We will send you a secure link to access and download your images or videos within 7 to 10 business days after the shoot, depending on the type of photoshoot and the volume of content.
  • Quality and Format: All images and videos will be delivered in high-resolution formats suitable for your specific needs (e.g., JPEG for images, MP4 for videos). If you require specific formats or additional edits, please discuss this with us prior to the photoshoot. Additional charges may apply for custom formatting or extra services.

2. Physical Deliveries

If physical prints, albums, or other tangible products are requested as part of your photoshoot package, the following delivery terms apply:

  • Prints and Albums: Physical items such as photo prints, photo albums, and merchandise (if included in your package) will be shipped to the address you provided during booking.
  • Processing Time: Physical products will generally be delivered within 15 to 20 business days after the final approval of your photoshoot images. This includes the time for printing, packaging, and shipping.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for physical products will be calculated based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the items. The shipping cost will be communicated to you prior to confirming the order, and payment for shipping must be made in full before dispatch.
  • Shipping Methods: We use reliable courier services for shipping. Once your products are shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

3. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your content and products within the specified time frames, certain factors (e.g., holidays, technical issues, shipping delays) may result in delays. FlashnFashion is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, postal services, or force majeure events.

If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your content or physical products, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to resolve the issue.

4. Incorrect Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of booking or purchasing additional products. FlashnFashion is not responsible for any delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If a delivery is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be charged an additional shipping fee to reship the package.

5. International Shipping

If you are located outside of India, please be aware that additional shipping fees and import taxes may apply to international deliveries. FlashnFashion will provide a quote for international shipping costs, but customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: International shipping may take longer depending on the destination and customs processing.

6. Lost or Damaged Deliveries

  • Digital Content: FlashnFashion is not responsible for any loss or damage to digital content once it has been downloaded or accessed by you. Please ensure that you download and back up your files upon receipt.
  • Physical Products: If your physical products (prints, albums, etc.) are lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the courier service and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Claims for damaged or lost goods must be made within 7 days of receiving the package.

7. Returns and Exchanges for Physical Products

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products (such as custom prints or albums), returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you believe there is an issue with the product you received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect.
  • If the product is defective, FlashnFashion will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, based on the nature of the issue.
